  2. If you don't have an instrument manual, we have them online with each Product. There are usually Quick Reference Guides in various languages in the manual. We also have some great Application Notes.
  3. Try your local Kingfisher Authorized Dealer. Their experienced engineering staff would be pleased to help.
  4. Contact Kingfisher. Our experienced applications engineers would be pleased to help. With applications support during normal office hours in Australia, USA and UK we can respond 24 hours a day.

Instrument Calibration

Kingfisher offers a fully traceable optical calibration service. The easy way to access this is through your local Kingfisher Authorized Dealer. We can also calibrate instruments from other manufacturers.

 Around the world, associated traceable calibration services are available in USA and Europe.

KITS™ Software: Report Customising Service

We would be happy to customise KITS™ loss testing reports to your exact requirements, which can achieve quick payback for you when acceptance testing medium to large installation jobs. Please contact our sales team.

Instrument Assurance

Kingfisher offers an instrument Service Inspection Certificate. We put your Kingfisher instrument through it's final Quality Assurance evaluation on our automated test systems, to ensure that your instrument is performing as well as the day it was delivered. This service is less expensive than re-calibration, and is a sensible component of any customer's internal asset assurance program. This service is performed in Australia only.

Instrument Repair

Kingfisher offers fixed price instrument repair, with a typical delivery time of 1-2 weeks. A 3 month warranty applies to all service work. The easy way to access this is through your local Kingfisher Authorized Dealer.
