Full Time Administrative Book Keeper

Reporting to the Company Accountant, you will be responsible for:
- Maintenance and follow up of accounts payable / receivable (general data entry is done elsewhere)
- Banking and assisting accountant up to trial balance
- Other general administrative duties such as HR assistant & administrative assistance for other departments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) or Microsoft CRM is an advantage
The successful applicant will have a proven commercial track record, plus relevant tertiary qualifications.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Goods receiving and dispatch
- Making up BOM kits for the production group, and tracking sub-assemblies.
- Minor assembly work
- Keeping store tidy
- Data entry into Microsoft Dynamics (Great Plains) and use of Microsoft Office
The successful applicant will have relevant experience, a general level of IT literacy, and a tertiary qualification in electronics (minimum Basic Electronics).
